In Lviv, from October 6 to 24, a free “Baker” course will be held for male and female veterans as part of the Reskilling Ukraine projectThe three-week program combines theory with intensive practice. Participants will learn how a bakery operates, get acquainted with different types of dough, recipes, and safety rules. The main focus is on hands-on training: kneading dough, baking bread, pastries, seasonal products, and pizza. In addition, the program includes master classes and visits to a real bakery.

The final stage is on-the-job training at a production facility, where participants complete a qualification project and receive an official certificate of their new profession.

Organizers provide accommodation and meals. No prior experience is required — just the willingness to learn and good health.

To enroll, candidates must go through a selection process: fill out an application form via the link, attend an interview, confirm participation, and prepare the necessary documents.

Thanks to the course, veterans gain a new profession, practical skills, and the opportunity to start their own business or find employment in the food production sector.
