The service’s functionality allows teachers to promptly receive clarifications regarding registration, the "360-degree Assessment," and the management of virtual funds, while educational institutions and training providers can find instructions on employee verification and the submission of educational programs.

In the near future, the system will be enhanced with an intelligent AI assistant that will provide personalized assistance for cases requiring non-standard solutions. The implementation of the bot aims to minimize technical barriers and create a comfortable environment for all participants in the educational process.
