Metinvest Polytechnic invites Ukrainians to take advantage of the state voucher program, which provides up to UAH 30,280 for retraining or professional development. This opportunity is available to citizens aged 45 and older with at least 15 years of social insurance record, as well as to veterans, internally displaced persons, and individuals affected by the war. Mandatory requirements include education at least at the vocational level and current employment status, as unemployed persons are not eligible for this support.

Metinvest Polytechnic’s programs are developed in collaboration with industrial enterprises and combine academic training, modern digital technologies, online lectures, offline workshops, and real production cases. Students undergo internships at Metinvest Group enterprises, and the best of them have the opportunity to study abroad — in Italy, Austria, or Bulgaria. The main areas of study include metallurgy, mining, automation, energy efficiency, and occupational safety — industries that are crucial for the recovery of Ukraine’s economy.

All educational programs are licensed and accredited by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, ensuring the award of state-standard diplomas.
