Applications are now open for male and female veterans to join an 18-week training program for health, safety, and environment (HSE) coordinators as part of the SAFER Reconstruction project. The curriculum includes obtaining European certification and completing an eight-week internship at construction sites. Participants will receive comprehensive support, ranging from psychological assistance to guidance on employment or starting their own business.

Requirements and participation terms

Candidates must be at least 25 years old with more than two years of experience in the construction industry. The program requires a full-time commitment from March to July 2026 in the city of Vinnytsia. The organizers provide participants with accommodation, meals, and reimbursement for travel expenses. While priority is given to residents of the Vinnytsia region, applications from all regions of Ukraine are welcome for consideration.
