Under an intergovernmental agreement on educational cooperation, the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam has announced the provision of 40 scholarships for citizens of Ukraine for the 2025/26 academic year.

The scholarships cover the opportunity to pursue higher education in Vietnamese educational institutions at various levels: 25 scholarships for bachelor's and master's programs, 10 for doctoral studies, and 5 for research internships.

The program fully covers all expenses related to tuition and living for students. The educational process is conducted in Vietnamese. Those who do not yet speak Vietnamese are provided with the opportunity to undergo a free one-year language course before starting their main studies.

Ukrainian applicants and researchers interested in pursuing education in Vietnam should familiarize themselves with the full list of candidate requirements, necessary documents, application form, and list of participating universities in the program.

Applications are accepted until July 14, 2025. It is important to adhere to the document formatting requirements set by the Vietnamese side.
