The Kultivariy platform has launched Ukraine’s first online courses for tractor and combine harvester operators, developed in collaboration with leading agricultural companies and technical experts. The project aims to address labor shortages and support the professional reintegration of veterans, who can access the training free of charge.

The programs focus on operating modern machinery and have already been integrated into the workforce training systems of major holdings, such as MHP. The curriculum combines the theoretical foundation of vocational schools with a practical online course, making it possible to train specialists from scratch or upskill existing employees.

Supported by USAID AGRI and the Superhumans Center, the initiative includes a charitable component: profits from paid access are directed toward providing prosthetics for Ukrainian defenders. Kultivariy is currently calling on agribusinesses to join the partnership and collectively develop the industry’s human resource potential.
