The project is implemented jointly by the Romanian Cultural Institute, the Embassy of Ukraine, and the organization C.O.N.A.F. Registration is open until September 19, 2025.

The training will take place from September 29 to December 3, 2025, twice a week in an online format. Two groups are planned: for beginners (A1) — in the morning, and for intermediate learners (B1) — in the evening. Each module lasts 40 hours, with 10 to 15 participants per group.

To join, it is necessary to fill out a form on the website of the Romanian Cultural Institute and send it to limbaromana.ukrainians@icr.ro. Participants will take a placement test to determine their language level, except for those who have no basic knowledge.

After completing the course, participants will receive a diploma from the Romanian Cultural Institute.
