The "Education of the Future" festival hosted the announcement of the "Smart Capital" national pilot project, set to launch in Odesa’s educational institutions next academic year. This initiative introduces an interactive digital model designed to cultivate financial literacy and entrepreneurial skills among students.

Odesa was selected as the launch site due to its high infrastructure and administrative capacity for implementing educational innovations. Olga Lozova, Deputy Head of the Odesa Municipal Military Administration, emphasized that despite security and energy challenges, the continuous development of the educational environment remains a strategic priority for the future.
