Another stage of the free educational project "Vilna Ukrainska" (Free Ukrainian), designed for local residents and internally displaced persons, is kicking off in the Vinnytsia community. The curriculum was developed by specialists from the municipal Department of Education and the Center for Professional Development of Pedagogical Workers, with qualified philology teachers from municipal educational institutions traditionally serving as instructors. This intensive course will last three weeks and include 12 classes aimed at developing speech culture.

The educational process is strictly practical and focused on honing conversational skills. Course participants will improve their articulation and expressive reading, simulate everyday dialogues for daily communication, and complete interactive exercises and language-based game tasks. Additionally, instructors will provide participants with recommendations for free media resources for further independent language study. Over the past four years of the initiative, nearly 700 people have successfully completed the training, and this year, the organizers are forming one group based within the city library system.

Classes will take place from June 8 to June 24 at the I. V. Bevz Central City Library, located at 4 Khmelnytske Shose. The sessions are scheduled from Tuesday to Friday from 5:30 PM to 6:50 PM, and every Saturday from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Applications via online registration opened on May 29, and due to limited capacity, organizers advise applying promptly, as confirmation and an invitation to the first class will be sent to participants' email addresses only after successful registration.
