Registration is now open for the international Teens in AI 2026 Techathon, held with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, and the Lviv IT Cluster. We invite students aged 12–18 and educator-mentors ready to develop innovative AI-based solutions to participate.
To apply, please submit your application by January 20, 2026, by completing both the Ukrainian and international registration forms. Teams must consist of 5–6 members, with at least 60% of participants being girls or non-binary individuals. Candidates must have an English proficiency level of at least B1 and possess basic knowledge of mathematics and computer science. Teachers of technical disciplines with the appropriate language skills are welcome to join as mentors.
Selection will be based on an assessment of motivation and programming experience. The top ten Ukrainian teams will progress from the International Inspiration Week (January 26–30) to the National Online Stage (February 21–22). The most promising projects will represent the country at the international level in April, with the Global Demo Day finals taking place on April 23, 2026.
