Creating an accessible environment, barrier-free web resources, and clear communications has become a mandatory professional competency for modern specialists. On the national platform Diia.Osvita — created on the initiative of the Ministry of Digital Transformation and supported by the EGAP Program — nearly 700,000 Ukrainians are already undergoing free training in this field. The course participants include civil servants, law enforcement officers, healthcare workers, HR specialists, designers, and educators.

The platform's educational content features dozens of specialized series, simulators, and guides. Specifically:

• Developers can master web accessibility standards.

• Businesses can learn the rules of barrier-free service.

• Public servants can take the specialized "Digitalogram" test to assess their skills.

Special attention is dedicated to the reintegration of veterans (everyday adaptation after amputations, employment) and psychosocial support for individuals released from captivity. Successful completion of the training is recognized with an official certificate for a resume or LinkedIn.
