On September 28, the free educational program "Google AI Academy for Educators" will launch, aimed at integrating modern artificial intelligence technologies into daily pedagogical practice. Educators from preschool, general secondary, vocational, and higher education institutions are invited to participate. The project is implemented by the Digital Development Academy with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the "Diia.Education" platform, and the "Mriya" ecosystem.

The curriculum comprises 12 online training sessions during which participants will master tools such as Gemini, Gemini Notebook, and Google Vids, learning to craft prompts for designing educational materials, lesson plans, documentation, and interactive tasks. Particular attention will be given to creating virtual assistants, utilizing AI for assessment, adhering to academic integrity standards, and developing critical thinking skills among learners.

Upon completing the training, educators will be eligible to receive a professional development certificate equivalent to 1.5 ECTS credits. The certification requirements include watching all training sessions, completing at least one of the two practical assignments with personalized feedback, and passing the final test.
