The implementation of the "Winter Admission" program in higher education institutions has yielded significant initial results, marking a strategic step in pre-university preparation. A total of 2,460 applications were submitted for the initiative, ultimately resulting in 1,027 prospective students enrolling in "Zero Year" preparatory courses across 46 higher education institutions.

The educational process is specifically designed to prepare participants for the National Multi-Subject Test (NMT). To accommodate diverse student needs, the instruction is delivered through two distinct formats: 454 individuals are currently engaged in full-time, in-person studies, while the remaining students are pursuing their coursework through distance learning.

This program also serves as a performance-based incentive system for future academic success. Upon the successful completion of the "Zero Year" training, students may receive up to 15 additional points added to their final competitive admission score. This academic advantage is specifically tied to the institution where the training was conducted and is applicable only when the student chooses a specialty that receives special support from the state.
