The Entrepreneurship Development Fund, together with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, has launched the program "From Learning to Employment", which is part of the international initiative Skills4Recovery. The goal of the project is to create a modern workforce necessary for the country’s economic recovery after the war by combining the efforts of the state, business, and international partners. The program provides companies with the opportunity to quickly find employees, while citizens can acquire new professions and improve their competitiveness in the labor market. The Fund ensures training and retraining of personnel according to the specific needs of companies, while the Ministry of Education and Science coordinates educational processes and implements digital learning programs.
Employment services play a key role by helping match employers’ demands with the skills of potential employees. This approach facilitates rapid employment and reduces companies’ costs for recruitment and training, while simultaneously increasing labor efficiency.
Financial support for the project is provided by the European Union, Germany, Poland, Estonia, and Denmark as part of a multi-donor program implemented by GIZ and the Solidarity Fund PL. Thanks to this support, companies not only receive qualified employees but also financial assistance during their adaptation in the workplace.
Companies from all sectors of the economy are invited to participate in the program, especially those operating in construction, transport, logistics, agriculture, and services. Applications can be submitted directly on the Entrepreneurship Development Fund’s website, making the process simple and accessible.
The "From Learning to Employment" project creates new opportunities for both businesses and employees by combining state resources, private interests, and international support to effectively develop Ukraine’s workforce and the economy as a whole.
Applications are submitted through the official website of the Entrepreneurship Development Fund.
