The Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine is launching a competitive selection process for online courses running from February 16 to March 31, 2026. The program includes ten thematic modules covering the EU’s institutional structure, economic integration, and foreign policy, as well as Ukraine’s post-war reconstruction processes.
Applications are open to students in grades 9–11, final-year Bachelor’s students, Master’s students, PhD candidates, and representatives of EU Networks. Candidates are required to have English proficiency at the B2/C1 level and must not have previously participated in this project. Selection priority will be given to individuals with high academic standing and experience in relevant extracurricular or civic activities.
Successful completion of the course is confirmed by a certificate, while the top 45 participants will receive an invitation to an offline school in April 2026. Participation in the program is free of charge. The application deadline is 11:00 PM on February 7, 2026, and requires completing a registration form followed by an online test. Candidates will be notified of the selection results via email no later than February 15.
