Recruitment has been announced for the Reskilling Ukraine women's retraining program

The Reskilling Ukraine project announces enrollment for the OnTrack educational program aimed at women seeking employment in the fields of logistics, mechanical engineering, and renewable energy. New courses are set to start in January–February 2026.

Most programs are designed to support women veterans of the war, women from military families, Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), single mothers, as well as women aged 50 and over. The "Welder" course is open to all women who wish to acquire an in-demand technical profession.

In January, courses are available for the following driving professions: ADR (Dangerous Goods Transport), Truck Driver (Category C), Passenger Bus Driver (Category D), and Truck Driver with a Trailer (Category CE). These courses require a valid Category B or C driver's license. The organizers provide students with free accommodation and meals during the practical training period.

In February, the "Welder" course will begin, offering preparation for work in manufacturing.

Over 400 women have already successfully completed the project, with 37% of them finding employment. A state program for free acquisition of over 30 blue-collar professions for women is also active in Ukraine.
