It was established through the transformation of the Kleven Sanatorium School, which ceased to exist due to legislative changes: as of July 1, 2025, sanatorium schools in Ukraine must either be liquidated or reorganized.
The institution preserves the best traditions of its predecessor, which had shown significant development in recent years, while adopting a new academic format. The new educational concept focuses on modern educational trends and meets the needs of children interested in in-depth study of natural and mathematical sciences.
The lyceum's priority is the implementation of STEM education (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) and robotics. The program also includes intensified study of computer science and foreign languages.
Education is combined with comfortable living conditions: students have the opportunity to live in a boarding house, where they are provided with five meals a day free of charge, as well as transportation from remote areas - the institution has two school buses.
Admissions started on July 1 and will continue until August 1. Applications are accepted from 5th grade students and older. The lyceum is designed for 300 children.
Preference in enrollment is given to participants and winners of regional and all-Ukrainian Olympiads and competitions of the Junior Academy of Sciences, as well as children from Rivne region - 70% of places are allocated specifically for them, while the remaining 30% are for students from the Kleven community.
