The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, in cooperation with the British Council and the World Bank, announces an opportunity for staff of public higher education institutions to participate in the Professional Development Program for Academic Managers.

This program is designed for those responsible for the strategic management of universities, including institutional transformation, human resource and resource management.

Participants will gain practical tools in modern HR management, develop skills for creating strategies in unstable environments, and learn how to effectively plan budgets, manage resources, and implement projects with maximum efficiency.

Applications are open until July 18, 2025. The training is scheduled to begin on September 30, 2025, and will take place in person in Kyiv, Lviv, and Dnipro.

Around 450 leaders from 60 higher education institutions took part in the first cycle of the program, demonstrating a strong interest in this initiative. Learn more about participation through the link.
