The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has launched a specialized training course titled "Recruit Adaptation" within the Army+ digital application, designed to serve as a foundational information platform for new service members. The primary objective of the project is to move away from dry theory and provide personnel with practical action plans regarding financial allowances, legal protection, and psychological adaptation during the initial weeks of service. The program is optimized for efficient learning and is streamlined to avoid informational overload.

The course content focuses on four fundamental pillars, encompassing legal aspects, social guarantees, standards of interaction with command, and information security principles. Additionally, significant emphasis is placed on psychological resilience, stress management, team cohesion, basic rules of engagement, and tactical medicine conducted by instructors from the 4th Separate Medical Battalion.

The digital educational product was initiated by the Office of the Military Ombudsman and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, developed in close collaboration between the Ministry of Defense, combat officers, legal experts, and psychologists. Key contributors to the curriculum development include experts from the "Pryncyp" Human Rights Center, the "Boryviter" Military School, the Khorunzha (Khorynzha) Service of the 12th "Azov" Special Purpose Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine, and representatives of the "Frontline Reforms" non-governmental organization.
