The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has announced the launch of the AI-powered "Career Studio" within the "Diia.Osvita" platform. This innovative service is designed to address a critical imbalance in the domestic labor market—the paradox of an approximate 11% unemployment rate coexisting with a shortage of qualified personnel. According to the Ministry, the root cause of this issue frequently stems from candidates' lack of effective self-presentation skills rather than a deficit in professional knowledge.

Operating as a personal digital recruiter, the new free functionality provides users with an end-to-end preparation cycle for employment. The updated ecosystem offers a structured, step-by-step pathway spanning from the acquisition of professional competencies to the final job offer. The primary objective of the initiative is to align job seekers with modern employer demands while mitigating the psychological barriers associated with live interviews.
 

The technological foundation of the "Career Studio" comprises three innovative AI-driven tools:

• AI Interview Simulator: Models customized interviews and generates targeted questions based on the requirements of a specific job vacancy.

• Resume Builder: Automates the creation of professional CVs in Ukrainian or English, seamlessly integrating course certificates from the platform and optimizing phrasing.

• Cover Letter Generator: tailors motivational statements to the specific responsibilities of the selected position.

Through this upgrade to the "Diia.Osvita" platform, which currently serves nearly 3.3 million users, citizens have gained access to a comprehensive career development ecosystem. The enhanced service enables users to undergo training, select relevant vacancies, practice interviews, and submit job applications efficiently within a single digital space.
