The "Barrier-Free" section on the Diia.Education platform has been significantly expanded and now features fourteen specialized educational products. At the initiative of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the knowledge base has been supplemented with resources aimed at implementing principles of ethics and inclusivity into the work of civil servants, national police officers, and municipal employees.
A central element among these new releases is the Barrier-Free Digigram, which functions as a tool for the comprehensive assessment of competencies in legislation, physical accessibility, and barrier-free services. In addition to diagnosing knowledge gaps, users receive personalized development trajectories to enhance their professional skills.
Particular attention has been paid to the law enforcement sector with the launch of an educational series on Inclusivity in Police Work, focusing on anti-discrimination and effective communication in challenging environments. Furthermore, interactive simulators and educational projects on gender equality and social inclusion have been introduced to establish a unified standard of accessibility during interactions with citizens.
