The Projector Foundation, in partnership with the International Trade Centre (ITC), has announced free online courses for women in Ukraine focused on IT and creative industries. The initiative is designed to expand women’s access to new professional opportunities and skills development.

Participants will have the chance to build expertise in the following areas:
 

• Copywriting (Beginner level)
   

• IT Project Management
   

• Web Design (Beginner level)
   

• Graphic Design (Beginner level)
   

Each program offers intensive three-month training for small groups of up to 20 students. In addition, all participants will gain access to an online freelancing course covering the fundamentals of freelance work.

Courses include:

• Theoretical instruction paired with practical exercises using real client projects

• HR support through group sessions with experts on resume writing and interview preparation

• Access to a job search platform tailored to participants’ skills and career goals

• Mentorship sessions with industry professionals
