The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Algeria has announced the “Study in Algeria” initiative, opening the door for foreign students—including those from Ukraine—to pursue higher education free of charge at more than 130 public and private universities across the country.
 

Key features of the program include:
 

▪️ Tuition-Free Education at universities operating under the LMD (Licence-Master-Doctorate) system, aligned with the Bologna Process standards:
 

• 3 years for a Bachelor’s degree

• 2 years for a Master’s degree

• 3 years for a Doctorate degree
   

▪️ Instruction Available in English, French, or Arabic, depending on the selected program and institution.

▪️ Comprehensive Social Package for international students, including:
 

• Free accommodation in university dormitories

• Monthly meals in university cafeterias

• Free medical insurance covering doctors, dentists, and medical centers

• Access to sports facilities and cultural centers
