Honcharenko Centers have announced a large-scale enrollment for free traffic rules courses, available both online and offline. The initiative has already helped thousands of Ukrainians prepare for the theoretical exam at the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) service centers.Online classes are open to all Ukrainian citizens and will start in October. The course can be accessed from any device — smartphone or laptop. The program covers key topics: traffic rules, vehicle operation, the basics of safe road behavior, and fundamental first aid skills.
Since the launch of the initiative in 2024, over 8,000 Ukrainians have successfully completed the course and passed the exam at an MIA service center.
“We didn’t even expect such high demand. Today, more than 8,000 Ukrainians have gained the necessary knowledge to pass the exam, which has saved around 40 million hryvnias, since training at private driving schools costs approximately 5,000 hryvnias. This shows how free education can truly change lives,” says Oleksiy Honcharenko.
After completing the course, participants will have a full set of knowledge to successfully pass the theoretical MIA exam.
In addition to online classes, traffic rules courses are conducted offline at more than 40 Honcharenko Centers across Ukraine. Everyone can choose a convenient center in their city and join the training. Details and registration are available via the link.
