The course is designed to give participants a holistic understanding of how to build effective communications in the context of market transformation and increased public attention. The program covers issues of forming a company brand, using effective tools for promotion in the energy market, building international communications and a reputational presence at the global level.

Special emphasis is placed on interaction with government stakeholders and the development of GR and advocacy practices that allow businesses to influence the regulatory environment and represent their interests. Participants will receive practical knowledge and tools that will help strengthen the company's position, establish partnerships and increase trust from customers, the state and international structures. Thanks to this, they will be able to build long-term communication strategies that will contribute to the development of the company and the industry as a whole.
 
Speaker: Marko Markovic  — Communications & International Projects Expert with 20 Years of Experience

Marko has spent two decades working at the intersection of communications and international cooperation. He has led strategic communications for major institutions including Ukravtodor (the State Road Agency of Ukraine), the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, and the iconic Ukrainian music band Okean Elzy, among others.

He specializes in government relations (GR), EU integration processes, and advocacy. Currently, he serves as the Director of the Dnipropetrovsk Region’s EU Integration Office. Marko holds an MPA (Master of Public Administration) degree from the Ukrainian Catholic University.
